On admission a non-refundable fee of R1000.00 plus a fee of R3 300.00 (R4 300.00 in total), are payable in advance, to secure space.  Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer a discount for a year’s fees paid in advance. 

The fees are to be paid into the School Account, which is used for paying the salaries of staff and for the running costs of the school.

From time to time our parents are requested to assist in raising funds for additional school aids and equipment, but the policy of the school is to keep fund raising to a minimum.

ONE TERM’S WRITTEN NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN IF A CHILD IS WITHDRAWN OR A FULL TERM’S FEES WILL BE CHARGED.

ACCOUNTS AND FEE STRUCTURE

• Fees are billed at the beginning of each month and payment for that month is payable by the end of that month.  If not paid, the child will be suspended.

• Fees are billed for 11 months if your child has been with us since the beginning of the year (January).  (That means no fees will be billed for December). You will be billed for December if your child starts in February or later in the year.

• R1000.00 non-refundable fee is required when your child is accepted and is payable upon acceptance.  The registration fee is non-refundable.

• When making payments in the school’s bank account, kindly use the child’s name as a reference.
